When I first got my license, my friend was a real estate agent in a century 21 office for many years. She was actually very successful making about $50,000.00 annual commission. After interviewed with my friend’s C21 office and other several major offices in Queens, I decided to join RE/MAX People. First year in business, I had 6 fingers income and gave birth to my son. After I finished 100 days to greatness training with Barry, I have the confidence that I actually have more knowledge than most of agents being in business for 5 or even 10 years. Now I have a lot of short sale deals. I am surprised that most of the so called senior agents have no idea of short sale while Barry already brought trainers to teach us about short sale far ahead of the market. Barry is the true visionary leader in our industry.

I actually left my brother-in-law company to join Barry. For almost 1 year and half, I didn’t have any achievement as a real estate agent. I was so frustrated that I almost dropped out real estate.
